2027 Dance World Cup Final

Often referred to as the "Olympics of Dance," the Dance World Cup (DWC) is one of the world's most prestigious and largest-scale dance competitions, covering multiple dance genres. Each year, tens of thousands of dancers from diverse backgrounds and cultures come together to compete across a variety of dance genres. Dancers must first participate in local qualifying events in their respective countries/regions (over 61 countries/regions as at year 2026) , ultimately earning the opportunity to compete at the DWC Finals.

How to Qualify for the Dance World Cup Finals

Each dancer's journey to the Dance World Cup Finals begins with qualifying competitions held in their country of residence. To compete at the Finals, dancers must achieve a minimum score of 70 marks or higher and be award winners during these regional qualifying events. For information on the number of routines per class/category that qualify for participation in the Finals, please refer to our Rules & Regulations

Singapore Qualifying Match 2027

As the official organizer of the Asian Regions Qualifier, DWC Asia aims to discover young aspiring dancers and provide a platform for them to showcase their talents on a global stage.

Our most recent event, held in July 2026, saw over 377 dancers from Hong Kong, Beijing, Macau, Singapore, Korea, and Taiwan participate. These dancers went on to compete alongside more than 11,500 dancers from over 60 countries at the DWC Finals in Dublin, Ireland. This experience reinforces our reputation as a leader in organizing international dance competitions.

Over the years, DWC Asia has established a strong presence at the Finals and achieved exceptional success. This year, our dancers delivered truly historic performances, winning a total of 102 prizes and securing the 3 Grand Final Champion titles. Singapore participated in the competition for the first time and achieved remarkable results, winning 2 Grand Final Champions and 9 awards across Gold, Silver Bronze and Top Place Honors.

Participating in the DWC is an invaluable experience and an opportunity to proudly represent Singapore while showcasing your skills against some of the world's finest dancers. The Singapore Qualifying Match 2027 will be conducted in a live performance format. Winners from each dance genre qualifier will earn the opportunity to compete at the DWC Finals 2027, taking place from 29 June to 9 July 2027 in the stunning city of Lisbon, Portugal.

Dancers must follow the rules at all Dance World Cup competitions (qualifiers and finals) with details as below:

• At Finals, “Toddler” and “Mini” Class will be merged into “Mini” Class (age 4-9).

KSBR – Children Solo Ballet Repertoire
KSBRm – Children Solo Ballet Repertoire (boys)
KSPBR – Children Solo Ballet Repertoire with pointe shoes for Girls aged 12-
13 only JSBR – Junior Solo Ballet Repertoire
JSBRm – Junior Solo Ballet Repertoire (boys) SnSBR – Senior Solo Ballet Repertoire
KDPDD – Children Duet/Trio Pas de Deux/Trois

REMINDER:

• Entry can be completed through the Online Enrolment System.
• Please ensure the details entered in the system are correct.
• Make copies of the information entered if necessary.
• All certificates will be issued in accordance with the names entered in the system. (Dancer’s name and Dance title…etc)
• Music and payment records can be uploaded onto the Online Enrolment System at the time of enrolment.
• No edit of the entry details, music or payment records will be allowed after the closure of the Online Enrolment System.
• The competition schedule will be sent to the registered email later.
• Dancers will not be scheduled for the competition if registration is incomplete (complete registration: enrolment + payment + payment records uploaded + music uploaded)
• All late registrations, late payments and late music will not be accepted.
• Please ensure that all competition music uploaded to the system is the complete version. Please note that no changes or replacements will be allowed on the day of the competition.
• Any incomplete payment, incomplete payment records or registration information will be treated as an incomplete registration. Any incomplete registration will be cancelled without any refund.
• No refunds will be given for self-withdrawal after registration.
